Cluster Documentation
The cluster consists of over 200 x86_64 compute nodes with a total of over 1500 processor cores. All nodes are connected via 1Gbit Ethernet and Infiniband interconnect (both DDR at 20Gbit/sec and QDR at 40 Gbit/sec). The operating system is Scientific Linux 5.3 (Redhat Enterprise compatible). Primary storage is in the form of a 10TB EMC CX300 NAS and a 24TB Sunfire X4500. The batch-queue system is Sun Grid Engine.- Newton Upgrade
